Position Summary: As a psychiatrist you will be responsible for all aspects of psychiatric care. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:



  • Provide general clinical psychiatric services.
  • Providing consultation and treatment for inpatients with mental health needs.
  • Provides patient and family education, staff education and consults and collaborates with other health care providers.


Licensed Mental Health Counselor (PCP's LMHC)


Position Summary: Counsel with emphasis on prevention. Work with individuals and groups to promote optimum mental and emotional health. May help individuals deal with issues associated with addictions and substance abuse; family, parenting, and marital problems; stress management; self-esteem; and aging. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:



Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment.

Encourage clients to express their feelings and discuss what is happening in their lives, helping them to develop insight into themselves or their relationships.

  • Counsel clients or patients regarding personal issues
  • Collect information about clients through interviews, observation, or tests.

  • Collect information about clients.
  • Interview clients to gather information about their backgrounds, needs, or progress.

Fill out and maintain client-related paperwork, including federal- and state-mandated forms, client diagnostic records, and progress notes.

  • Maintain client records.
  • Complete documentation required by programs or regulations

Guide clients in the development of skills or strategies for dealing with their problems.

Perform crisis interventions with clients.

Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.

Discuss with individual patients their plans for life after leaving therapy.



Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)


Position Summary: Clinician will assist and guide program members so that they can identify and work toward their life goals.  This includes teaching skills, providing case management, and working collaboratively with team members to develop opportunities and to engage program members in active participation. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:



  • Maintain caseload of individuals.
  • Participate in Florida Social Solutions meetings and trainings as directed, team meetings, individual and group supervision.
  • Responsible to provide client driven psycho-social programming to persons that are challenged by chronic mental illness and substance abuse.
  • Able to meet same-day expectations for completing documentation.
  • Monitor symptoms, current mental status, and clinical service needs for program members. Coordinate information with all relevant providers.
  • Knowledge of and experience in implementing a trauma informed care framework when working with clients, as well as internal and external professionals.
  • Facilitate therapeutic, educational and skill building groups. Regularly review and evaluate group curriculum to ensure that group content meets client needs.

Behavioral technicians


Position Summary: Behavioral Health Technicians work with psychiatric patients of all kinds. Your main task as a Behavioral Health Technician is to help them with activities of daily living: dressing, eating, participating in meetings or activities, and taking their medications (if any) on the proper schedule. You also monitor them closely throughout the day. Your eye for psychological details and understanding of their unique circumstances help you report their condition back to the Doctors and Nurses who constitute their care team. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • provide support and training in a variety of settings including in homes, schools, and community locations.
  • Responsible for implementing the behavior plan, collecting data, and training caregivers on how to implement the plan.
